Make sure your device is fully charged prior to beginning onboarding. The initial charge typically takes 4 to 8 hours.
Check to your email for instructions.
Look for a message from support@zerigohealth.com with subject "Get Started with the Zerigo Health Skin Program." From there, click the link to begin your onboarding videos.
