Charge your Zerigo device.

Make sure your device is fully charged prior to beginning onboarding. The initial charge typically takes 4 to 8 hours.

Watch your onboarding video modules

You'll receive an email from support@zerigohealth.com to get started. Look for the subject line "Your path to clear skin starts now — onboarding instructions inside" and click the link inside to begin your video modules.

Module 1

Getting started with Zerigo Health

Your Zerigo Health Mobile App login information and password are provided in your first training video in Module 1.

Module 2

Setup and treatment

In Module 2, you'll complete your first treatment in real time while following the training video. Make sure your device is fully charged and ready before you begin.

Your device is initially set to allow up to 5 treatment squares. If this is not enough to cover all the skin you wish to treat, your Care Guide can help!
